Linda Piggott-Vijey - 30 years experience of Hotel, Hospitality, and Service. Linda worked for three British Ambassadors over a 9 year period in Dublin and New York, before returning to the UK.  Linda has worked for the AA as a senior inspector, and now runs “Service Matters” working with Hotels and Restaurants helping them to improve standard and to gain recognition.

Stephen Payne from the Stephen Payne consultancy works with Denique on management matters, and in particular mediation and dealing with conflict.  Stephen has 25 years corporate experience of people in the workplace, and brings sanity to what is described by some as “chaos”
